Our core business is providing behavioural-based safety initiatives to the Oil & Gas industry.

Our approach is the result of psychological experience, expertise and data gathered over broad industries. We also draw from our experience working with the Australian Army (Forces Command) in the discipline of Leadership with a particular interest in Situational Awareness, Critical Thinking and Risk Management with Officers pre and post deployment including engagement in Iraq & Afghanistan.

Our people have extensive experience working with Oil & Gas organisations throughout Australia and internationally, including - SE Asia, Middle East, Europe, North America and Africa. We have a particular interest in developing safe operations through leadership effectiveness, team development and communication skills. We believe that high performing operations are sustainably safe, recognise inherent risk, welcome change and benefit from the experience.

We have assisted in the design and development of campaign start up's and completions, whole of company coaching initiatives, HSE development programs and spent in excess of 500 days on offshore exploration, drilling rigs and production platforms.
