Keith Dinga Bell comes to Beyond The Break with over 30 years experience in the Drilling Industry, working Internationally on both Land and Off-Shore Rigs. He has always been a believer of looking after the people’s welfare, which will result in a tight group giving optimum performance.

In 2000 he stepped down from the Operations Division to become an Off-Shore QHSE Manager for Nabors Drilling Australia. He made this move that at that time was a huge reduction in the level of responsibility and wages; he did this to educate himself in the Drilling Safety Industry. Before joining BTB Keith was an Operations Manager in Kuwait responsible for 19 land rigs. It was during this time that he realized that although companies had very well presented Safety Management Systems they were still having incidents, it was not the systems failing it was the capacity of the human being to be able to use the systems as they were designed for.

His Drilling work assignments have included the Congo in West Central Africa, Australia, India, Singapore, Scotland and Kuwait, all diverse people and cultures and his learning’s have remained all people based.

He brings to BTB the practical knowledge of the strength in human behavior, reactions and spirit that he has developed from all of his life’s experience’s that have been formulated over a long period of time in many different countries in life and business situations.
