Hold On A Minute! How approachable are you?

Forget about your skillset as a Manager and the latest Leadership conference you attended. If you are not approachable then you won't hear what needs to be said.

And, as a result, you haven't got your team with you. The only person you're leading is yourself.

It's been a few years, but this little message from Melvin Hollis should remind all of us about the need to be approachable (and have a generous dose of good humour).
